摘要
目的了解我院162株酵母样真菌的分离鉴定、构成比及药敏试验结果。方法用血琼脂平板及沙氏培养基分离真菌,用酵母菌鉴定条和真菌药敏试验条对分离出的162株酵母样真菌进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果162株酵母样真菌感染以念珠菌属为主。其中白色念珠菌占69.75%;其次为光滑念珠占11.73%;热带念珠菌占8.64%;克柔念珠菌占3.70%;近平滑念珠菌占3.07%;丝状菌占1.85%;其他少见酵母样真菌占1.23%。162株酵母样真菌对氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B、制霉菌素、伊曲康唑、益康唑、酮康唑、氟康唑的敏感率分别为97.6%、97.8%、96.7%、84.2%、71.6%、80.9%、58.62%。结论氟康唑的耐药率最高,达37.93%,氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B及制霉菌素是治疗酵母样真菌感染的首选药物。加强真菌的分离鉴定和药敏监测非常重要,可指导临床合理用药。
Objective To understand the isolation and identification, composition and drug sensitivity tests of 162 yeast-like fungi in the hospital. Methods The 162 yeast-like fungi with the blood agar plate and Shashi medium fungi were separated, and then make identification and sensitivity test with the yeast identification and fungi sensitivity test were made. Results Candida was the mainly in the 162 yeast-like fungal infections. Candida albicans accounted for 69.75 percent, followed by Candida glabrata for 11.73 percent; tropical Candida accounted for 8.64 percent; Candida Krusei accounted for 3.70 percent; Candida parapsilosis accounted for 3.07 percent; filamentous fungus accounted for 1.85 percent; the other rare yeast-like fungus accounted for 1.23 percent. 162 yeast-like fungi on flucytosine,amphotericin-B, nystatin, itraconazole, econazole, ketoconazole,fluconazole sensitive rates were 97.6% and 97.8%, 96.7%,84.2%,71.6%,80.9%,58.62%. Conclusion Fluconazole resistance rate is up to 37.93 percent. Flucytosine amphotericin-B and nystatin are the best medicine of treatment for yeast-like fungal infections. Fungi's isolation identification and efficacy monitoring are all very important to guide clinical rational drug using.
