摘要
目的探讨绝经后阴道出血的原因。方法对251例绝经后阴道出血的患者进行临床分析,并分析其相关性。结果绝经后阴道出血以良性疾病最多,且与绝经后的时间和年龄密切相关。结论绝经后阴道出血的主要原因是良性疾病,对年龄大、绝经时间长的绝经后阴道出血患者,要警惕其恶性肿瘤的发生。
Objective To investigate the reasons in postmenopausal vaginal bleeding patients. Methods We study the clinical characteristics in 251 patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding, and analyze their correlation. Results The main causes of postmenopausal bleeding were benign diseases. Conclusion The benign diseases were the first main cause. The patients of senile and long postmenopause should prevent the malignant tumor.
