Nursing Intervention of Unstable Pelvic Gractures

目的探讨不稳定骨盆骨折的护理干预。方法回顾性分析43例不稳定骨盆骨折患者的临床资料并进行综合护理干预。结果43例患者中,优29例,良10例,尚可2例,差2例,优良率90.7%。通过实施综合护理干预,达到满意疗效。结论不稳定骨盆骨折损伤严重,常有合并伤,采取科学合理的护理措施,能提高疗效。

Objective To study nursing intervention of unstable pelvic fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 43 cases of unstable pelvic fractures patient＇s clinical information and comprehensive nursing intervention. Results In 43 cases,29 cases of excellent, good in 10 cases, fair two cases, and poor in 2 cases, excellent rate of 90.7%. Through the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention, satisfactory effect. Conclusion The unstable pelvic fractures serious injury often associated injuries, and take care of scientific and reasonable measures to improve the curative effect.
