认为图书分类法实现兼容面临着建立标准的分类法机读版本，分类法结构、语义及标引规则的规范化和分类法向组配化发展等三个问题；并就如何解决这三个问题提出了看法。

Discusses the three major problems faced by the compatibility of classifications: the design of a standard international computer based format of classification; the standardization of classification; and a change from system classification towards facet classification. The solving of these three problems will speed the realization of compatibility of different classifications.
