提高护生实践能力的研究

The Method and Experience of Improving Nursing Students' Practical Ability

目的探索提高护生实践能力,尽快适应临床护理工作。方法选择2003级、2004级护理专业护生利用课余时间,加强实践能力培训。培训内容包括:(1)实施情景模拟训练;(2)实施角色扮演训练;(3)护患沟通训练;(4)护理礼仪训练。结果确认培训后护生学习专业知识的态度和实践能力与培训前有显著提高。结论实习前护理教育加强对护生实践能力的培训,有助于拓宽护生知识面,锻炼护生的综合能力。

Objective To explore and improve the nurse students＇ practical ability,to fit the nurses for clinical work as soon as possible. Methods Choose 2002 and 2003 nursing major students to use spare time,to strenghen the training for practical ability. Content： （1）Using simulated task training. （2）Use role-playing training. （3）Nursing and patient communication training. （4）Nursing manner training. Results To ensure that the students attitude towards professional knowledge and practical ability has demonstrated significant progress compared with before training. Conclusion Before nursing fieldwork it is important to strenghen the practical ability,broadens the knowledge,and train the comprehensive ability of nursing students.
