社区人群慢性心衰患者家庭护理干预模式

Famlily Nursing Interventional Model on Community Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨家庭护理干预模式对慢性心衰患者的影响。方法将社区慢性心衰患者随机抽样,分为干预组和对照组,样本各为40例,对干预组进行家庭护理干预,对照组为传统家庭疗养,不施加干预。结果干预组在自护能力、遵医行为、生活质量、心理功能等方面有明显提高和改善(P<0.01),而且明显优于对照组(P<0.01);同时一定程度上降低医疗费用;住院次数没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论本镇社区人群慢性心衰患者家庭护理干预模式切实可行,能有效推进慢性心衰患者的社区护理服务,促进慢性心衰患者康复,拓展护理服务空间,一定程度上降低医疗费用,具有一定的经济和社会效益。

Objective To explore the effect of family nursing interventional model on patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 80 heart failure patients were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group, 40 participants for each group. Patients in the interventional group received family nursing intervention while the counterparts subjected to traditional family recuperation in which each patients had no intervention. Results The interventional group was significantly higher than control group in self-nursing, compliance with doctors,life-quality and psychological adjustability （P〈0.01）; and the expense on medicine was decreased in a certain extent too. But the times on being hospital had no obvious difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion It is feasible to execute family interventional model on chronic heart failure patients in community,for it can not only push community service and help them recuperation,but also can extend the nursing service and decrease the expense on medicine ,therefore it has economical and social benefit.
