局麻下无张力疝修补术的临床研究

Clinical Research on Tension-free Herniorrhaphy in Local Anesthesia

目的探讨局麻下行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹外疝的可行性及其优越性。方法采用美国巴德公司PerFix Plug疝环充填式补片对120例腹外疝在局麻下行无张力疝修补术。观察手术时间、术后疼痛、并发症、复发率。结果与传统疝修补手术相比,具有方法简便、手术指征广、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少和复发率低的优点。结论局麻下行无张力疝修补术符合人体生理,术后恢复快、并发症少、疗效好,尤其对于高龄腹外疝同时并有内科疾病的患者,更显示出其优越性,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the feasibility and advantages of tension-free herniorrhaphy for abdominal external hernia in local anesthesia. Methods 120 cases of abdominal external hernia with perfix plug mesh plug hernia repair in Bard company of USA wre operated by tension-free herniorrhaphy. And the time, aches after operation,complications,recurrence were observed. Results Compared with traditional herniorrhaphy,the new way had the advantages of simplity,wide indications,httle aches,few comphcations and low recurrence. Conclusion The tension-free herniorrhaphy in local anesthesia is worth in clinic because of quick recovery, few complication and good efficacy,especially for the abdominal external hernia complicated with medicine diseases of elderly.
