中西医结合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎疗效观察

The Curative Effect of the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Chronic Sinusitis in Children

目的观察中西医结合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法112例儿童慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组:口服阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾,呋麻液滴鼻每日三次,上颌窦积脓者每周冲洗一次,口服清鼻汤;对照组:口服阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾,呋麻液滴鼻每日三次。比较两组疗效。结果治愈率:治疗组为60.71%,对照组32.14%。显效率:治疗组87.5%,对照组62.5%。两组疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎具有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic sinusitis in children. Methods 112 cases of children with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group, oral amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium, ephedrine hydrochloride nitrofurazone nasal drops 3 times/day, irrigation of maxillary sinus once a week, oral pueraria nasal combination; the control group, oral amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium, ephedrine hydrochloride nitrofurazone nasal drops 3 times/day. Then compare the curative effect of the two groups. Results The curative rate of the treatment group was 60.71% and that of the control group was 32.15%. The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, and that of the control group was 62.5%. The differences of the curative effect between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.01）, Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has good curative effect on children with chronic sinusitis.
