颅咽管瘤磁共振诊断价值

Evaluation of MRI Examination in the Diagnosis of Craniopharyngioma

目的分析评价磁共振对颅咽管瘤的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析22例颅咽管瘤的MRI表现,并与病理比较。结果颅咽管瘤位于鞍上12例,鞍内2例,鞍上、鞍内联合受累8例;囊性肿瘤5例,囊实性13例,实性4例。肿瘤信号多不均匀,表现复杂。结论磁共振对颅咽管瘤有很好的诊断价值。

Objective To evaluate the MRI diagnostic value of craniopharyngioma. Methods MRI findings of 22 craniopharyngiomas were analyzed retrospectively and correlated with pathology. Results The tumor invaded suprasellar 12 cases,intrasellar 2 cases and both of the suprasellar and intrasellar 8 cases,cystic mass 5 cases,cystic-solid change 13 cases and solid tumor 4 cases. The tumor had heterogeneous signal intensity. Conclusion MRI has great value in the diagnosis of craniopharyngioma.
