This paper states 3 opinions, which are how to shorten the berthing time of the container ship in the port, how to strength the circling capaicty of the yard, and how to raise the handling speed of the container ship. Also it puts forward a few detailed measures, which takes an important role in realizing modern and intelligent control of the container terminal.
