摘要
目的探讨磁共振盆腔扫描方法对盆腔结构和病灶的性质判断的作用。方法采用Siemens公司MAGNETOMl.0超导型磁共振扫描机对本组56例病人行常规轴位T1WI及T2WI及男性冠状位T2WI(FS)、女性矢状位T2WI(FS)扫描分析。结果查出子宫内膜癌9例;子宫肌瘤13例;前列腺肥大/增生10例;前列腺癌6例;正常16例;伪影2例。结论合理选用扫描序列、参数、切层是盆腔扫描成功的要素,也是获得高质量盆腔MRI图像的关键。
Objective To evaluate MR scanning protocols of the pelvis for description of pelvic anatomy and characterization of pelvic lesions.Methods Fifty six patients were performed with spin echo sequences by 1.0 MR system (Magnetom, Siemens Medical Solutions, Germany). Routine axial T1-weighted and T2-weighted images were achieved in all patients. Coronal T2-weighted images were gained in male patients and sagittal T2-weighted images with fat suppression in female patients.Results 9 patients were diagnosed as endometrial carcinoma, 13 patients uterine myoma, 10 patients benign prostate hypertrophy, 6 patients prostate cancer, 16 patients normal, and 2 patients artifact.Conclusion The optimization of scanning sequence, parameters and slice orientation is the basic of successful pelvic MR scanning and the key of achieving pelvic MR images of high quality.
