摘要
目的探讨高场磁共振质量控制对头颈部磁共振检查上的作用。方法由6位志愿者及随机选择86例进行头颈部磁共振检查的患者使用16通道头颈联合线圈行头颈部磁共振T2WI检查,调整扫描参数及其它环境因素,获得磁共振T2WI图像,同时记录中心频率。结果测量获得图像的信噪比,由三名有经验放射科医师和两名技师分析不同部位的图像质量,并按五级评分。讨论各种不同的环境因素及不同参数对磁共振检查准确性有着很大的影响,加强日常磁共振的质量控制对提高检查的准确性有很大的帮助。
Objective It is discussed that the quality control of the high magnetic field has the affect to the head and neck MRI examination. Methods Six volunteers and random 86 patients who need have the head and neck MRI examination are given the T2WI exam with the 16-NV phased array coil. The T2WI image was obtained by adjusting the scanning parameters and other environment factors, and the center frequency was recorded. Results The SNR was obtained by measuring. 3 experienced radiology doctors and 2 technicians analyzed the different position image quality, and graded them five ranks. Conclusion All kinds of different environment factors and the different parameters have the great affect to the accuracy of MRI exam. It is great helpful for improving the exam accuracy to strengthen the daily quality control of MRI.
