摘要
将丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸共聚物类分散剂处理过的碳酸钙添加到聚丙烯塑料中,通过电镜扫描观察到,碳酸钙均勻分布在树脂中。当丙烯酸丁酯与丙烯酸的摩尔比为1:1,添加量达3%时,可使含碳酸钙20%的聚丙烯塑料的拉伸强度由原来的18.20 MPa增加到25.2 MPa,缺口冲击强度由3.7 kJ/m^2增加到4.8 kJ/m^2,断裂伸长率由8.7%增加到12.2%。
When 20% CaCO3 treated with butyl acrylate-acrylic copolymerized dispersion agent was added to polypropylene plastic, it was observed by SEM that CaCO3 was homogeneously distributed in nthe resin. When molar ratio of butyl acrylate to acrylic was 1 : 1 and 3% of the copolymer added to the resin, tensile strength, punching strength and fracture elongation of polypropylene plastic containing 20% CaCO3 were raised respectively to 25,2 MPa, 4.8kJ/m^2 and 12.2% from original 18.20 MPa, 3.7 kJ/m^2 and 8.7%.
