摘要
分别利用溶胶.凝胶法和水性纳米粒子的表面改性技术研制了两种新型的醇性和水性硅基纳米杂化材料,并用IR和TEM对其进行了表征,研究了前驱体有机硅摩尔比例及硅烷偶联剂RSi(OEt)_3,中的烷基R对涂膜疏水防污防腐蚀性能和硬度的影响。结果表明,适量的辛基三乙氧基硅烷改性的醇性和水性杂化材料具有较好的疏水性和硬度,探讨了它们在几种常见底材中的应用。
Two innovative alcohol-based and water-based nano hybrid materials were developed by means of sol-gel method and surface modification of water-based nano microspheres. The hybrids were characterized by IR and TEM. Effects of molar ratio of silicon and alkyl group R in coupling agent RSi(OEt)3 on hydrophobicity, anti-fouling, corrosion resistance and hardness of the film were studied. Testing results showed that alcohol-based and water-based hybrids modified with proper amount of octyl triethoxysilane displayed good hydrophobicity and hardness. Their use in several common matrixes was discussed.
