摘要
江苏金坛盐穴储气库6口采卤井改造为储气井的配套工程,针对该地区的地质特点、固井难点及西气东输对固井质量的要求,筛选出了具有良好抗盐性能的水泥浆体系,制定了建立人工井底的技术方案,形成了一整套适合该地区已有采卤井固井的配套措施。综合应用上述技术后,现场共施工6口井,经CBL/VDL测井及腔体密封性试压等4个环节的检测,均表明固井质量合格,盐层段固井质量优质,能满足以后储气的需要。
Transformation of 6 old brine-producing wells into gas storage wells was conducted at Jintan area in Jiangsu Province.Based on geologic characteristics in that area,cementing difficulties and demands on cementing quality put forward by West to East Gas Pipeline Project,the slurry system with good anti-salt performance was chosen,and the technical program for artificial well bottom construction was worked out,and a set of matching measures was taken to transform the old brine-producing wells.Through CBL/VDL logging and sealing test,the application in those 6 wells was proved to be with a good cementing quality,and the new wells could be used for gas storage.
