城市天然气事故应急供气系统的研究

A STUDY ON URBAN GAS-SUPPLY SYSTEM IN URGENT NEED

城市天然气管网的稳定供气事关国计民生,应建立安全可靠、经济实用的供应保障体系。如何针对城市具体情况,因地制宜选择合适的调峰与事故备用气源,增强城市管网应急供气能力,是备受关注的重要问题。集"调峰、事故备用、应急气源、汽车加气及储运"于一体的大型多功能LNG站,因其具备使用功能齐全、设备利用率高、结构紧凑、节省土地、运行成本低、可靠性高等特点,能较好解决设备闲置率过高、经济负担重的矛盾,兼顾投入与产出的关系,是一种前景较好的事故备用气源模式,对构建城市安全供应保障体系具有重要意义。

Whether urban gas grid can supply gas in stable way will be vital to the national economy and the people's livelihood,and so a gas supply system should be reliable and cost-effective enough to be guaranteed.The first essential issue for a city is to intensify its gas-supply ability in urgent cases by adopting adaptable gas sources for peak shaving and urgent need under the actual condition of a city.This study introduced a large-scale LNG station with many functions including peak shaving,gas supply in urgent uses,gas reserving for accidents,gas for vehicles,and gas storage and transportation.This multi-function LNG station not only has many advantages like low operation cost,high reliability,saving space and less equipments,and so on,but also can solve many previous problems like many equipments left unused,high burden of economy,and low input-output ratio,etc.This study believes that this type of LNG station will be economically or technically viable to ensure steady gas supply safely and even in urgent needs in towns or cities.
