摘要
本文利用虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW编程对纳秒脉冲测量信号进行了补偿研究,程序中调用了MatlabScript节点,用Matlab语言进行补偿程序的编制。实验中利用脉冲发生器产生一标准纳秒脉冲,然后利用自制的分压器进行信号测量。通过采集发生器发出的信号以及分压器测量得到的信号,设计了一个补偿系统,该补偿系统由数字滤波器和差分方程模型来实现,并对2种补偿系统做了比较。实验结果显示,利用差分方程模型的补偿方法可以更精确地对测量信号进行补偿。
A method of regulating the measured nanosecond pulse is carried out based on Labview and Matlab in this paper. The regulating programme is realized with Matlab. A standard nanosecond pulse comes from pulse generator, and then this pulse is measured by a voltage divider. The standard pulse and the measured pulse data are both acquired. A regulating system is designed based on the principle of digital filter and difference equations. The regulating result is compared between these two methods. The experiment shows that the regulating system of difference equations can regulate the measured nanosecond pulse well.
