摘要
为了更好地解决合理设计换热器的结构参数问题,需要对土壤源热泵实验数据进行采集,开发了土壤源热泵实验数据采集系统。介绍了采集系统的结构组成。阐述了现场LonWorks控制网络的特点,并以高频脉冲输入控制器为例,对控制器节点的硬件、软件设计方法进行了说明。并对上位机构成进行了介绍。系统不但很好地完成了控制要求,而且具有推广价值。
In order to design reasonable structure parameters of heat exchanger well, it is necessary to obtain the experiment data of ground-coupled heat pump. A ground-coupled heat pump test data acquisition system is developed. And the structure of ground-coupled heat pump test control system is introduced. The feature of LonWorks control network in field is presented. As an example, the hardware and software designs of high-frequency pulse input controller are showed. Moreover, the composing of host computer is described. Not only the control requirements are completed well, but also it is worth generalizing.
