基于FPGA的碳纳米管电特性测量

摘要 碳纳米管的优良电特性受到了广泛的关注,本文介绍了一套能够实现对碳纳米管进行电特性测量的系统,其中包括:基于FPGA的DDS技术产生激励的原理设计的电路结构;AFM测量平台以及搭载碳纳米管的电极装置。该系统能够完成从碳纳米管的观测到测试,激励电路能够产生高精度任意波形;AFM能够观测并推动碳纳米管;电极能够实现对碳纳米管阻抗的测试和微型FET的测试。 The great property of nanotube is widely noticed, this paper introduce a system to achieve the measurement of nanotube electricity property, included the circuit structure of using DDS to generate signal based on FPGA; AFM measurement plat roof and the electrode to place nanotube. The system could complete observation and testing of nanotube, promoting circuit generate high precision any waveforrn; AFM could observe and drive nanotube; electrode can test the impedance of nanotube and micro FET.
