网络冗余系统中精确时钟同步方法 被引量:10

摘要 精确时钟协议IEEE1588在分布式控制系统中应用广泛。但是在基于并行化网络冗余的分布式控制系统中,IEEE1588协议由于在状态机设计中没有考虑网络冗余的情况,由于同步线路延时计算偏差,造成网络冗余系统的时钟同步存在切换扰动,导致系统在冗余网络切换过程中出现同步偏差。本文在深入分析了IEEE1588协议在网络冗余系统中造成切换扰动的原因。并且,在兼容IEEE1588协议基础上,提出了网络冗余时钟同步方式,以及基于该方法的冗余同步优化算法,解决了冗余网络切换过程中时钟同步的偏差。 Precise clock protocol IEEE1588 is used widely in distributed control systems. Because of the bug in protocol state machine design, IEEE1588 causes redundancy switch disturbance in network redundancy distributed system. This paper analyzes deeply the mechanism that causes redundancy switchover disturbance, and raises a method for achieving clock synchronization in network redundancy system based on IEEE1588, and proposes an optimization arithmetic, which solves the clock synchronization deviation in switch process of redundancy network.
