摘要
分划倾斜与像倾斜是考核光学瞄具性能的重要指标之一。本文依据其测试要求,在分析传统检测原理与方法的基础上,设计了一套应用CCD摄像技术、光学技术、光电自动调焦技术、精密机械技术、计算机控制与图像处理技术的现代测试系统。结果表明,该测试系统具有易操作、高效率、客观性强、准确度高等特点,由于采用了基于图像处理的自动调焦技术和Sobel图像边缘检测技术,测试不确定度可达3′,测试范围为±10°。
Graduation inclining and image inclining are important indexes in optical sighting telescope performance test. According to their test requirements, based on traditional test principles and methods, this paper designs a modem optical test system, which employs CCD imaging technology, optics technology, photoelectrical automatic focus control technology, precision machinery technology and computer control and image processing technology. The results show that this test system has the characteristics of simple operation, high efficiency, strong objectivity, high accuracy, and etc. Because of adopting automatic focus technology based on image processing technology and Sobel image edge detection technology, the test uncertainty can reach up to 3' and the test range is ±10°
