简述了医院社会工作发展的历史背景,运用经典的医疗质量评价理论,分析了社会工作对医疗服务质量改进所起的作用,指出目前我国医院社会工作者缺位问题,旨在探讨如何使我国医院社会工作体系化、规范化、专业化,促进医疗服务质量持续改进,提高医疗服务效率。
This paper provides a general background of the hospital social work, and analyzes the impact of hospital social work on improving the healthcare quality within the framework of classical theory of healthcare quality. Acknowledging the insufficient development of hospital social work in China,this paler explores how the hospital social work area can be systemized, normalized and professionalized, in order to improve healthcare quality, and to enhance healthcare efficiency.
