继电器盒故障分析

摘要 在振动试验中继电器盒上的两个螺钉及与之相连的汇流条发生断裂。通过对相关部件的观察与分析认为:故障发生的原因为螺钉表面与绝缘垫的间隙中存在较多的金属多余物,在振动过程中多余物在两绝缘垫之间的空隙内聚集,使加有70余伏电压的汇流条与接地的螺钉之间多次引弧,造成绝缘垫内表面及端面发生大部分碳化,最终使汇流条、螺钉短路,产生大量热量将螺钉及与之相连的汇流条烧断。 Two screws and the busbar connected with them in a relay box ruptured during vibration testing. By means of correlative examination and analysis, it is concluded that the mail failure cause is that there are some metallic scraps between the screw and the felt pad. During vibration testing, the metallic scraps accumulated between the two felt pads and resulted in some arc be- tween the screw and the busbar. As a result, the felt pad was burned out and a short circuit came into being between the screw and the busbar. And finally, the screws and the busbar fused and ruptured because of a large amount of heat caused by the short circuit.
