摘要
文章认为地矿部门在战略性改组中应突出产业结构调整，并且要把产业结构调整作为重要的企业战略来抓；要着眼于盘活存量资产，特别要重点盘活所控制的矿产资源和土地房产资源；要重视增量投入，注重增量的“引发效益”；要把产业结构调整同组织结构、人员分布结构调整结合起来；坚持以局为单元、以地质大队为基础进行调整。
The article considers that the department of geology and mineral resources should stress the adjustment of industrial structure in strategical reorganization and take it as important enterprise strategy; should be aimed at reinvigorating the reserve property, especially,should stress on reinvigorating the possessed mineral resources and land, house resources; should pay attention to increase input, also lay stress on 'enlarging results' of it; should combine the adjustment of industral structure with the adjustment of organizational structure, personal distribution; and should insist in making the adjustment with taking the bureau as unit, geological prospecting units as basis.
