地震后老年中重型颅脑损伤治疗体会

The Treatment Experience of Severe Head Injury Cases in the Elderly Cases Since the Earthquake

目的:探讨中医药早期参与治疗地震后老年中重型颅脑损伤的疗效。方法:收治汶川大地震后14例中重型颅脑损伤患者,在常规西医治疗的同时,早期给予中医药治疗。结果:14例中重型颅脑损伤老年病例,按GOS评定疗效恢复良好10例。结论:中重型颅脑损伤患者,早期辅以中医药参与治疗可明显提高临床疗效降低并发症。

Objective To investigate the outcomes of Chinese medicine treat early severe head injury in the elderly Since the earthquake.Methods 14 severe head injury cases Since Wenchuan earthquake had been treated both conventional western medicine and Chinese medicine early.Results According to GOS clinical evaluation, 10 cases is good recovery in 14 severe head injury cases in the elderly.Conclusion The patients of severe head injury are treated with Chinese medicine early to significantly improve the clinical efficacy to reduce complications.
