输尿管内造影剂逆流征——输尿管结石的可靠征象

目的:在静脉尿路造影片诊断输尿管结石比较困难时或者静脉尿路影片诊断为阴性的时候,而患者的临床症状比较明显,此时寻找通过静脉尿路造影来确诊输尿管结石的一种X线征象。方法:搜集我院2001年至2007年10月100例已确诊的输尿管较小阴性结石患者,在电视监视下静脉尿路造影全部过程的影像和记录资料,且均是由两位资深的放射科主治医师全程参与操作和诊断过的。结果:100例输尿管较小阴性结石患者,在静脉尿路造影时,均有不同程度出现造影剂在输尿管结石梗阻端的逆流征象。结论:在静脉尿路造影常规片显示为正常时,在电视透视下观察输尿管内造影剂逆流征象--输尿管较小阴性结石的可靠X线征象。
