临床护理路径在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术的应用及探讨

目的:评价临床护理路径在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术患者的实施效果,探讨如何建立一个高质量、高效能、低成本的腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术病人的护理路径。方法:将84例卵巢囊肿切除术患者随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组42例采用传统的医疗护理模式;实验组42例实施临床护理路径。比较两组患者各项观察指标。结果:两组患者在术后体温、首次下床活动时间、排气时间、住院天数、住院费用、患者满意度、健康知识掌握情况等方面差异存在显著性。结论:临床护理路径流程合理、效果良好,用于腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术患者围手术期的护理,可有效提高护理质量及患者满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical nursing path in laparoscopic ovarian cysts in patients with the implementation of results on how to build a high-quality.High effficiency.The cost of laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection of the patient＇s nursing path.Methods 84 cases of ovarian cysts resection were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.42 cases of the control group using traditional model of medical care;implementation of the experimental group 42 cases of clinical nursing path.Comparison of the two groups were observed.Results The two groups of patients in the postoperative body temperature, get out of bed the first time activities,exhaust time, the number of days hospitalized, hospital costs,patient satisfaction and health knowledge of the situation and there exist significant differences.Conclusion The clinical nursing path processes reasonable,good results for laparoscopic ovarian cysts in patients with perioperative care,which can effectively improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction,it is widely used.
