摘要
在通过行为事例访谈法建立卫生监督员胜任特征理论模型的基础上,编制调查问卷,对426名卫生监督员进行调查。研究得出的结论是:(1)通过对调查问卷的探索性因素分析,确立了卫生监督员胜任特征评价问卷结构,包括协助与服务、个人效能、专业素养、个人特质和影响他人五个因素;(2)通过对问卷的分析比较,了解到不同性别卫生监督员趋于用同一胜任特征模型来评价胜任特征,管理者与一般监督员在一些胜任特征的具体行为上有显著差异。
Based on theoretic model of qualified health supervisor characteristics, we design questionnaire, and investigated 426 health supervisors, The article explored five aspects about qualified health supervisor characteristics structure including cooperation and service, individual efficiency, professional capacity, individual personality and influence ability on others. The results showed that health supervisors with different sex were prone to use same qualified characteristic model, and there were significant qualified characteristics differences between intendants and ordinary supervisors.
