摘要
目的通过对小鼠肠系膜淋巴结副皮质区的形态结构、细胞成分的观察,探讨小鼠肠系膜淋巴结内是否存在淋巴迷路结构及其作用。方法采用蛋白多糖染色、免疫组织化学方法观察和研究30例小鼠的肠系膜淋巴结。结果淋巴迷路主要存在肠系膜淋巴结的副皮质区内,以盲管状起始于淋巴小结下方和高内皮微静脉周围,互相呈迷路样连接后续于髓窦。淋巴迷路的壁由扁平或扁椭圆形的内皮细胞、基质和网状纤维构成,其构成完整、连续,偶见开放的通道。淋巴迷路内充满紧密排列的小淋巴细胞,偶尔可见浆细胞和网状纤维。在淋巴小结下方的淋巴迷路内,以CD3阴性细胞为主,在高内皮微静脉周围的淋巴迷路内,淋巴细胞以CD3阳性细胞为主,而在高内皮微静脉和淋巴小结之间的淋巴迷路内CD3阳性和阴性的数量几乎为1∶1。结论小鼠的肠系膜淋巴结内存在淋巴迷路。淋巴迷路起于淋巴小结和高内皮微静脉附近,互相呈迷路样连接后续于髓窦。推测淋巴迷路是淋巴小结产生的B细胞和由高内皮微静脉归巢的淋巴细胞迁移和输出的重要通道。
Objective To study if there are lymphatic labyrinth in mesenteric lymph node and its functions through the observation of structures and the kind of cells in paracortex of mesenteric lymph node in mouse. Methods use colloidal iron dyeing,immunohisto-chemistry to observe and investigate 30 mesenteric lymph node in mouse. Results The lymphatic labyrinths lie in paraeortex of mesenterie lymph node mainly, originating with blind-ends from the undersurface of lymphatic nodule and the vicinity of the high endothelial venules (ttEVs) , then drain into medullary sinuses after linked each other. The wall of lymphatic labyrinths is made up of ancipital or flat elliptic endotheliocyte,groundsubstance and reticular fibers, constituting in to a integrated and continuous passage, now and then appeared opened passage, lymphatic labyrinths appeare densely filled with small lymphocytes and sometimes few plasmocytes and reticular fibers. In the lymphatic labyrinths inferior of lymphatic nodule, there were mainly CD3 negative cells, but in the lymphatic labyrinths arrouding HEVs, mainly CD3 maseeline cells, and in the lymphatic labyrinths between lymphatic nodule and HEVs, the cells vatio is 1:1 nearly. Conclusion There are lymphatic labyrinths in mesenteric lymph node. The lymphatic labyrinths originate with blind-ends from the undersur-face of lymphatic nodule and the vicinity of HEVs, then drain into medullary sinuses after linked each other. We inferred that lymphatic labyrinths is the channel migrating and exporting the lymphocytes.
