大黄醋热敷联合鱼腥草滴眼液滴眼治疗初期睑腺炎

Combined rhubarb vinegar hot compress with cordate houttuynia eyedrops for treating early hordeoli

目的探讨大黄醋热敷联合鱼腥草滴眼液滴眼治疗初期睑腺炎的疗效。方法治疗组340例眼睑初期睑腺炎患者用大黄醋热敷联合鱼腥草滴眼液滴眼,配合抗生素滴眼液滴眼、口服抗生素。对照组323例患者单纯热敷、抗生素滴眼液滴眼、口服抗生素。观察2组治疗后第1天、3天、7天症状、体征、效果及副作用。结果治疗后第1天、3天、7天治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组眼睑红、肿、热、痛等症状均有明显好转,有效率分别为68.96%、86.69%、97.44%,与对照组(35.65%、54.72%、60.00%)比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论大黄醋热敷联合鱼腥草滴眼液滴眼治疗初期睑腺炎疗效显著、无痛苦、副作用小、费用经济、简单易行,适合各级医院眼科门诊使应用。

Objective To explore the effect of combined rhubarb vinegar hot compress with cordate houttuynia eyedrops in the treatment of early hordeoli. Methods Three hundred and forty outpatients as treatment group were treated with rhubarb vinegar hot compress and cordate houttuynia eyedrops, accompanying with antibiotic eyedrops and taking antibiotic. Three hundred and twenty three cases were treated with only hot compress, antibiotic eyedrops and taking antibiotic as control group. The symptom, sign,effect and side effect were observed on the 1 st, 3rd and 7th day after treatment. Results In treatment group, the symptom of red, bttmp, hot, pain etc were all obviously improved,and valid rate （ cure rate and mend rate） was 68.96% , 86.69% and 97.44% on the lst,3rd and 7th day,respectively,while in control group they were 35.65% ,54.72% ,60.00% ,respectively. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Combined rhubarb vinegar hot compress with cordate houttuynia eyedrops for treating early hordeoli is low cost, painless, with significant effect and rare side effect.
