摘要 释放西罗莫司的药物洗脱支架和释放紫杉醇的药物洗脱支架是目前临床上最为常用的2种药物洗脱支架。2种药物洗脱支架均有明显降低安放支架后再狭窄的作用。西罗莫司是一种免疫抑制药物,而紫杉醇是一种抗肿瘤药物。本文从药理作用的各个方面对2种药物洗脱支架进行全面比较,并比较2种药物洗脱支架的临床疗效。 Both sirolimus-eluting stents and paclitaxel-eluting stents are most frequently used clinically nowadays, and could reduce in-stent restenosis. Sirolimus is an immunosuppressive drug, while paclitaxel is an anti-cancer drug. The pharmacological and clinical efficacies of these two drug-eluting stents were compared in the paper.
