临床代谢组学的研究进展

Research development of clinical metabonomics

临床代谢组学是代谢组学在临床实践中的应用,它主要研究人体不同状态下的代谢组,结合模式识别技术寻找代谢组中与疾病发生、发展、转归相关的生物标志物群,确定代谢组与健康和疾病之间的关系,从而为临床干预提供科学依据。本文主要对临床代谢组学的研究现状及存在问题做一综述。

Clinical metabonomics is the application of metabonomics in the clinical practice, and studies the metabolome at the global level, then followed by the application for pattern recognition and simultaneously to discover the biomarkers relevant to disease mechanisms, and ultimately gives support to the clinical intervention by defining the relationship of metabolome with health and disease. This review highlights the present status of clinical application of metabonomics as well as the potential challenges.
