Linux, an open-resource code operating system, is increasingly pursued by governments and multinationals all over the worht. Its potential business opportunity is numerous and becomes more and more outstanding. In light of this, in this paper it offers a design sclleme with Linux operation system as its core-the Linux terminal. It has high performance and low price, easily to be secondly developed and to maintain. And it is resource code-opened, so it can meet the needs in industries of finance, customs, railway, securities, aviation, library. etc. and many others.
