摘要
NiTi合金具有优异的形状记忆功能和超弹性,因此近年来形状记忆合金在工程应用领域得到了广泛的应用,如将形状记忆合金作为传动元件制造新型的执行机构。为生产不同种类的执行机构,需要对不同种类的形状记忆合金的性能进行测试,并提出改善其机械性能的方法。论文选取了德国形状记忆合金有限公司生产的H和S型号NiTi合金丝作为研究对象,分析了退火处理对其力学特性的影响,讨论了如何通过退火处理得到最优力学性能的记忆合金。
NiTi shape memory alloys are widely used in engineering fields in recent year due to their excellent shape memory effect and superelasticity, e.g. shape memory alloys are used in the new actuator. In order to produce different kinds of actuator, the mechanical behavior of different shape memory alloy (e.g. H and S) will be researched. In this artikel have the shape memory alloy of type H and S been selected, they are produced by Germen Memory CMetalle Corporation. The influence of anneal to the mechanical behavior are analyzed, the method to improve its mechanical behavior are presented.
