摘要
文章通过建立模型分析了设备综合效率,测试时间,产出量和单位成本之间的相关性.对测试部的运营管理和技术改进作出了实际指导,实现了资源优化配置并达到降低单位成本的目的.
The paper introduced a model,and studied the correlation among OEE, test time ,output and unit cost. The paper coached the testing operation to optimize resources planning to captures the final goal of reduce the unit cost.
