微创治疗高血压脑出血的效果观察及护理

Effect Observation and Attendance of Micro- invasive Treating Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血的治疗效果。方法对我院2002～2005年240例经cT扫描确诊为高血压脑出血且有手术指征的患者根据手术方法不同分为对照组和观察组进行有效的观察和护理。结果采用微创术者有效率达84％，再出血率8％，死亡率10％。结论采用微创术及术后有效护理的患者缩短了住院天数，降低了再出血率及死亡率。

Objective To study the treatment effect of micro - invasive surgical treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage therapeutic. Method 240 patients diagnosed as Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage scaned by CT and with operative indication during 2002 - 2005 in my hospital, according to different operation, divided into control group and observed group, carry out effective observation and attendance. Result Using micro - invasive surgical, effective rate 84% , rehaemorrhagia rate 8% , death rate 10% . Conclusion Using micro - invasive surgical and postoperative effective nursing , can reduce hospital day, degrade rehaemorrhagia rate and death rate.
