福来式尿管在内痔术后大出血中的应用19例报告

Application of Fulai Type Urinary Canal to Arrest the Massive Hemorrhage After Internal Hemorrhoidectomy ：A Report of 19 Cases

目的观察应用福来式尿管球囊压迫治疗痔术后大出血的临床疗效。方法对19例痔术后出血患者采用一次性福来式球囊导尿管局部压迫。结朵19例患者止血均获成功。结论采用福来式尿管球囊压迫治疗痔术后大出血是一种疗效确切，止血迅速，经济适用，易于操作的方法。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of using Laifu type urinary canal sacculus proprius compression treating massive hemorrhage after internal hemorrhoidectormy. Method 19 cases with massive hemorrhage after internal hemorrhoidectory adopt disposable Laifu type sacculus proprius urinary canal to oppress partly. Result Haemostasis to 19 cases were successful. Conclusion The method of using Fulai type urinary canal to arrest the massive hemorrhage after internal hemorrhoidectomy have obvious curative effect , haemostasis quickly , economic applicable and easy operation .
