摘要
2004年年初,金堆城钼业集团有限公司的主要产品之一高纯二硫化钼粉出现质量问题。经多种手段检测是其原料57%钼精矿含单质碳量增高所致。针对此情况,进行了金堆城钼矿床单质碳相探索研究。结果表明,原矿中有极微量的半石墨碳和无定形碳。由于单质碳相的晶体结构与辉钼矿相似,在选矿过程中会同辉钼矿一起富集,但含量甚微,不足以影响57%钼精矿的质量。
In the beginning of 2004,quality problem occur on high-purity disulfide molybdenum powder, which is one of the main products of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Mining Group Co. Ltd. After checking, above problem is caused by high increasing of simple substance carbon in raw material of 57% molybdenum concentrates. According to this condi- tion, the exploration studies of simple substance carbon in Jinduicheng molybdenum deposit have been carried on. The results show that there are low-leveled half graphite carbon and amorphous carbon in rude ore. Due to the crystal texture of simple substance carbon is similar with that of molybdenite, simple substance carbon can concentrate with molybdenite during the process of beneficiation,but its content is very little,which is not enough to affect the quality of 57% molybdenum concentrates.
