摘要
济三煤矿回采巷道锚杆支护出现帮锚杆托盘被压平、压反、甚至是托盘崩出,造成帮锚杆失效发生破坏的现象,为此,从现场提取部分锚杆、锚索以及托盘等锚固系统构件进行力学性能研究,研究内容包括:锚杆杆体力学性能实验、托盘压缩性能实验和锚索索具性能实验。通过对实验结果的分析,锚杆杆体材料的质量比较稳定,符合安全规程的规定。但托盘的刚度较小,锚索杆体延伸率不适应围岩大变形的要求。因此,改善帮锚杆托盘的材料,增加托盘球壳的冲压高度,可以较好的防止托盘失效;通过增加锚索整体变形量,来提高锚索适应围岩大变形的要求。
In Jining No. 3 Coal Mine, the bolt plates supported in the mining gateways were piano-pressed, reversely pressed and even pulled out, resulting in bolting failure and bolts to be destroyed. For this reason, the mechanical properties of anchoring parts, such as bolt bar, anchor cable and plate etc. , are researched. The research contents include some tests, such as mechanical properties of bolt bar, compression property of bolt plates and rigging property of anchor cable. Based on the analysis of test results, it is recognized that the quality of bar material is relatively stable, fulfilling the re- quirements of safety regulations. But the rigidity of bolt plates is very low and the specific elongation of anchor cable doesn' t meet the demand of large deformation of wall rock. Therefore,it is a good way to prevent bolt plates from failure that the material of wall bolt plates is improved and the stamping height of the spheric shells of bolt plates are increased. And the demand of large deformation of wan rock can be met by increasing whole deformation of anchor cable.
