摘要
不采用尾矿堆坝的尾矿库,其传统排洪工艺一般仅采用一套设计洪水频率的排洪系统,其投资高,运行风险大。笔者改变传统放矿方式,选取双设计洪水频率,采用溢洪道—小断面坝下排洪系统的联合排洪系统,不仅降低工程投资,而且大大提高了排洪系统运行的安全可靠性。
The traditional flood discharging process of tailing dam without piling-up generally adopts the flood discharging system based on a set of design flood frequency ,which is of high investment and great operation risk. The author changes the style of traditional ore drawing, uses double-design flood frequency and adopts the united flood discharging system of discharging from both spillway and small-section dam. It not only reduces the project investment, but also greatly improves the operating security of flood discharging system.
