摘要
为进一步提高铁基形状记忆合金(SMAs)的记忆性能,研究了电脉冲处理对不同预变形量FeMnSiCrNiNbC合金形状记忆效应的影响,并对其微观机理进行初步探讨。结果表明,不同预变形量的Fe17Mn5Si8Cr5Ni0.5NbC合金经300 V、1 Hz、13s电脉冲处理,形状恢复率(η)随预变形量的增加而增大,当预变形量为10%时获得最大η值(83%)。SEM分析发现,随预变形量的增加,电脉冲处理诱导出NbC颗粒的数量更多、尺寸更小,进而有效改善合金的记忆性能。
To enhance further shape memory effect (SME) of Fe-based shape memory alloys, the influence of electropulse treatment on shape memory effect of Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-Nb-C alloy after different pre-deformation ratio was studied. The results show that the shape recovery ratio of specimens subjected to different pre-deformation ratio and 300V, 1Hz electropulse treatment increases with the increase of pre-deformation ratio and reaches the maximum value (83%) when pre-deformation ratio is 10%. In addition, it is found that the amount of NbC induced by electropulse treatment is more and its size is smaller with the increase of pre-deformation ratio. Therefore, the shape recovery ratio can be further improved.
