摘要 用扫描电镜观察了M2高速钢中碳化物的堆积情况,并用能谱仪分析了堆积处的碳化物类型,研究了铸态组织、热压力加工工艺、不同的退火工艺对碳化物堆积的影响。结果表明,堆积处的碳化物类型为M6C;高速钢连续退火中的冷却速度和等温退火中的等温温度和保持时间的选择不当是造成碳化物堆积的主要原因;对已产生碳化物堆积的钢材,可采用较低温度下的二次退火消除其碳化物堆积。 The carbides piled-up in M2 high-speed steel were investigated by means of SEM and the type of carbides in the pile-up was analyzed by EDS, the effects of as-cast structure, heat-compression process and different annealing processes on carbide pile-up were studied. The results show that the carbides in the pile-up are M6C, and the main causes for the piling up of carbides are the improper choices of the cooling speed in continuous annealing and the isothermal temperature and time in isothermal annealing. The carbides piled-up in the steel can be eliminated by re-annealing at lower temperature.
