摘要
通过金相﹑扫描电镜(SEM/EDS)及电化学等方法对经不同高压处理后的Cu-Zn合金在HCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能进行探讨。结果表明,高压处理能改变CuZn合金在HCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能,压力为0~6GPa,CuZn合金的耐腐蚀性随压力的升高先减弱后增强。当压力为3GPa时,该合金抗腐蚀性能最差,压力为6GPa时,合金抗腐蚀性能最好。
The corrosion resistance of Cu-Zn alloy after different high pressure treatment in HCI solution was studied by means of metallograph, SEM/EDS and electrochemical method. The results show that high pressure treatment can change the corrosion resistance of Cu-Zn alloy in HCl solution, in the pressure range of 0-6 GPa, the corrosion resistance decreases first and then increases with pressure increasing, and the corrosion resistance of Cu-Zn alloy after 3 GPa pressure treatment is worst, but the best corrosion resistance of Cu-Zn alloy after 6 GPa pressure treatment can be obtained.
