摘要 通过以温度、时间和稀土加入量为三因素的正交试验,优化出的渗硼工艺为950℃×5h,稀土加入量1.5wt%。结果表明,渗硼层厚度与稀土加入量密切相关,稀土加入量为1.5%时出现峰值;加稀土的渗硼层比未加稀土的渗硼层致密、宽厚且硬度高。优化渗硼后再经970℃淬火、200℃回火处理,渗硼层耐磨性显著高于未经淬火、回火处理的模具,使用寿命为普通淬火、回火模具的3倍。 Based on orthogonal experiment with three factors such as temperature, time and RE addition volume, the optimizing boronizing process is 950 ℃ × 5 h, and the addition of RE is 1.5wt%. The results show that the thickness ofboronizing layer has relations to RE addition volume, and the thickest boronizing layer is found at adding 1.5wt%RE. The boronizing layer adding RE in boronizing agent is denser, thicker and harder than that without adding RE in boronizing agent. After optimizing boronizing and then quenching at 970℃ and tempering at 200℃, the wear resistance of boronizing layer is higher than that without quenching and tempering. The service life is 3 times as high as that without boronizing.
