摘要
研究了超声强度对无氰镀银过程的影响,发现超声能消除阴极表面钝化层,显著提高极限电流密度,加快电镀速度。通过使用循环伏安法研究了超声对于电沉积过程影响的机理,分析认为超声能有效减小阴极表面的扩散层厚度,加快阴极表面的传质过程。
The effects of ultrasonic intensity on the process of electroplating silver coatings in a non-cyanide bath were studied. It was found that ultrasonic could eliminate the passivation layer on the surface of cathode and increase the limited current density, so the plating rate was increased. Cyclic voltammetry was used to study the influence of ultrasonic on the deposition of silver. The result show that ultrasonic can decrease the thickness of the diffusion layer and increase the rate of mass transfer on the cathode surface significantly.
