日粮添加富铜酵母对奶牛泌乳性能和乳品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 选用63头胎次、泌乳期和平均日产奶量相近的荷斯坦奶牛,采用完全随即区组设计分为7组,即对照组、硫酸铜(8 mgCu/kgDM、16 mgCu/kgDM 和24 mgCu/kgDM)和富铜酵母(8 mgCu/kgDM、16 mgCu/kgDM 和24 mgCu/kgDM),研究富铜酵母和硫酸铜对奶牛泌乳性能和乳品质的影响。结果表明,在相同铜水平下,试验期间富铜酵母较硫酸铜显著提高奶牛产奶量、乳脂、乳蛋白质和乳干物质含量。试验前各组乳铜差异不显著,试验期间富铜酵母较硫酸铜显著提高乳铜含量。由此推断日粮添加富铜酵母有效地提高了泌乳性能和乳铜含量。
