摘要
针对峰峰集团现有生产矿井由于采煤机械化程度提高带来的煤尘增加和具有煤尘爆炸性的特点,通过对采煤机组外喷雾装置的改进、采煤工作面运煤转载点的水幕制作、工作面溜子道进行电磁和运煤一体化控制,以及根据不同煤层、媒质确定不同的注水方法等综合防尘除尘实验,除尘率达到90%以上,为工作面创造了良好、安全的生产环境。
In regard to the increased coaldust and the characteristric of its apt explosion in Fengfeng group' existing mines; the group has conducted a series of integrated dustproof experiments by the improving of the Sheraser'spraying devices, making the water curtain on the tranfer point of the mining face. and adopting electromagnetic and coal integration control on the face conveyor. Meanwhile, the dustproof and removal experiment have been conducted with different water infusion methods according to different seams and the media identifies. Thus dust removal rate is up to more than 90 %, and a safe working environment for the mining face is created
