摘要
目的:探讨肺功能检测应用于哮喘儿童的意义。方法:采用肺功能仪测定哮喘儿急性发作期和缓解期的呼吸生理参数。结果:大气道功能均以最大呼气流速峰值(PEF)敏感,小气道功能以用力呼气25%流速(FEF25)、用力呼气50%流速(FEF50)、用力呼气75%流速(FEF75)敏感,缓解期多数患儿小气道功能仍有不同程度的损害。结论:小气道功能在病情判定、疗效观察、指导治疗有重要意义。
Objective： To explore the instructive of pulmonary function monitoring applicated in children with asthma. Methods： using JAEGER logic parameters respectively both in period of acute episode and remission. Results： PEF was the most sensitive one in all parameters of major airway function , FEF25 ,FEFS0, FEF75 were the most sensitive one in all parameters of minor airway function ,there was stir different degree decrease of minor airway function in most patients of catabasis. Conclusion： The minor airway function may play an important role in judging the state of asthma , deciding curative effects and instructing treatment.
