做好围手术期处理一期手术治疗左半结肠癌并肠梗阻病人32例

The good Surrouding Operational Process of the Onestage Operation to 32 Patients with left Hemicolon Carcinoma Combined with Intestinal Obstruction

目的:探讨有效如何对左半结肠癌并肠梗阻病人进行一期手术。方法:完善左半结肠癌并肠梗阻病人的术前、术中、术后处理,行一期手术治疗。结果:手术后病人恢复良好,吻合口瘘及其它并发症发生率不高。结论:左半结肠癌并肠梗阻的病人在完善围手术期的处理情况下一期手术治疗是可行的。

Objective： To explore the onestage operation treatment to the patients with left hemicolon carcinoma combined with intestinal obstruction. Method：Did well the process of before , during and after operation, and then onestage operation were done to the patients with hemicolon carcinoma combined with intestinal obstruction. Result： The patients had a good recovery with the low operation complication such as stoma fistula. Conclusion： Onestage operation can be a suggestion to the patients with left hemicolon carcinoma combined with intestinal obstruction under the well done of the good surrouding operational process.
