摘要
本文根据巴斯对交易型领导的定义,结合中国文化的特征,对交易型领导结构维度进行了梳理,编制了交易型领导结构的预试问卷,通过问卷调查获取数据,采用SPSS12.0对数据进行探索性因素分析、信度分析和项目分析,得到我国企业交易型领导的7大类行为特征:权变奖励,积极的例外管理,消极的例外管理,关系支持,典型示范,中庸之道和无为而治。
According to Bass's the definition of transactional leadership, combining the characteristics of Chinese culture and ordering the Dimensions of transactional leadership, Transactional Leadership Pre - testing Questionnaire was developed. Exploratory Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis and Item Analysis of data using SPSS12. 0, the results showed that Chinese business transactions leadership included seven major categories of behavior characteristics : Contingent Reward, Active Management - by - Exception, Passive Management - by - Exception, the Support of Relationship, and Demonstration of a Model, Golden Mean and Ruling without Intervention.
